How does the estate sale process work from start to finish? We handle everything from start to finish. It begins with a free, no-obligation walkthrough of the property to discuss your goals and timeline. From there, our team stages, researches, prices, and markets the contents of the home. We run the multi-day public sale, manage all transactions, and provide you with a full accounting summary and payout at the conclusion.
What items can be included in an estate sale? Virtually everything in a home can be sold! This includes fine art, vintage collectibles, costume and fine jewelry, mid-to-luxury apparel, furniture, kitchenware, tools, outdoor equipment, and everyday household goods.
How far in advance should I schedule a sale? While we can often accommodate tight deadlines, scheduling 2 to 4 weeks in advance gives us ideal time to organize, price, and launch targeted marketing to attract top buyers.
How do you determine the prices for items? We conduct thorough market research on current reselling trends, historical pricing data, and local market demand to price your items competitively while maximizing your overall return.
Should I clean up or throw things away before you arrive? No—please don't throw anything away or pack items up! Items that look like everyday household goods or vintage clutter often hold unexpected value. Let our experienced team assess, sort, and organize everything for you.
What happens to the items that don't sell? Depending on your preference and contract choices, we offer flexible post-sale solutions.
How and when do I get paid after the sale? You will receive your payout along with a detailed, itemized report of total sales within 7 to 10 business days following the final day of the sale.
